1)头部厂商全面押注热门IP联动

万代、多美(Takara Tomy)、Bushiroad、Konami、宝可梦等大厂持续扩大 TCG 版图。

除了六大主流卡牌体系:

- 海贼王 OPCG

- 携战之境 Union Arena

- 战斗之魂 Battle Spirits

- 数码宝贝 Digimon Card Game

- 龙珠 Dragon Ball Super Card Game

- 机动战士高达 GUNDAM Card Game




同时,DATACARDDASS 系统街机卡牌也大量与热门 IP 合作,包括:

三丽鸥Sanrio (常见 IP:Hello Kitty, My Melody, Kuromi, Cinnamoroll)、药屋少女的呢喃The Apothecary Diaries、学园偶像大师The Idolmaster: Gakuen、名侦探柯南Detective Conan、排球少年Haikyu!!等。


2)海贼王卡牌(OPCG)热度稳定

《海贼王》TCG 销售额 406 亿日元,同比增长 12.47%,在经历爆发期后仍保持稳定成长。




3)Konami TCG 业务体量依旧庞大

2025 年上半年,Konami 数字娱乐事业(含 TCG):

- 销售额:1496 亿日元(同比 +6.93%)

- 营业利润:399 亿日元(同比 -6.56%)


4)游戏王持续强化 IP 内容输出

Konami 于 4 月在 YouTube 官方 OCG 频道推出短篇动画《Yu-Gi-Oh! 卡牌游戏编年史》。

第一弹:闪刀姬

第二弹(6 月):白之物语

全 6 集,由 Konami 自家动画团队制作。


5)宝可梦卡牌进入现象级增长阶段

宝可梦公司 2025 年 2 月期(2024.3–2025.2):

- 销售额:4109.32 亿日元(+38.1%)

- 营业利润:1007.49 亿日元(+13.6%)

- 净利润:703.43 亿日元(+12.2%,历史新高)


宝可梦卡牌截至 3 月底:

- 累计生产超过 750 亿张卡牌

- 推出 16 种语言版本

6)全哥个人观察与总结8-1-2026:


6-1)2025年,值得关注的是,宝可梦的卡牌价值暴涨,很多人争先恐后,加入收藏和投资,不说不知,马来西亚宝可梦卡店保守计算超过50家(从小红书看到的),比游戏王&海贼王卡店高出许多。


6-2)2025年, 海贼王部分卡牌价值暴跌,主要因素是PRB系列的复刻和漫画版价值下跌、宝藏包&特殊版本金银拉低了卡牌的均价、讲人话就是贵卡很赚,但未必抽到,开箱没抽到特别有价值的卡会亏钱。


6-3)2025年,游戏王依然走同样的老路,除了复刻还是复刻,部分玩家觉得新系列没什么太大的惊喜。



6-4)2025年,各种TCG新卡牌源源不绝的诞生,全哥比较关注的有Disney和Gundam系列,除了传统的股票和加密货币,Trading Card Game (TCG) 形成了一种年轻人和中年人的投资标的,同时也满足了童年的回忆。

1) Major manufacturers aggressively expanding IP collaborations

Leading companies such as Bandai, Takara Tomy, Bushiroad, Konami, and The Pokémon Company continue to expand their TCG portfolios.

The six major mainstream card game systems include:

- ONE PIECE Card Game (OPCG)

- Union Arena

- Battle Spirits

In the first half of 2025, Konami’s Digital Entertainment segment (including TCG) achieved:

- Revenue: 149.6 billion yen (YoY +6.93%)

- Operating profit: 39.9 billion yen (YoY -6.56%)

- The decline in profit was mainly due to weaker performance in Q1, rather than a drop in card game demand.


4) Yu-Gi-Oh! continues to strengthen IP content output

In April, Konami launched a short animation series titled

“Yu-Gi-Oh! Card Game Chronicles” on its official YouTube OCG channel.

- Episode Series 1: Sky Striker

- Episode Series 2 (June): The White Story


The series consists of 6 episodes, produced entirely by Konami’s in-house animation team, further strengthening the Yu-Gi-Oh! universe and fan engagement.


5) Pokémon cards enter a phenomenon-level growth phase

For the fiscal year ending February 2025 (Mar 2024 – Feb 2025),

The Pokémon Company reported:


- Revenue: 410.932 billion yen (+38.1%)

- Operating profit: 100.749 billion yen (+13.6%)

- Net profit: 70.343 billion yen (+12.2%, all-time high)

- As of the end of March:


Over 75 billion Pokémon cards produced cumulatively

Available in 16 languages

Distributed across more than 90 countries and regions

6-1) Pokémon card values surged significantly in 2025

A large number of new collectors and investors entered the Pokémon card market.

Based on observations from Xiaohongshu, there are over 50 Pokémon card shops in Malaysia alone, significantly more than Yu-Gi-Oh! and ONE PIECE card shops.


6-2) Some ONE PIECE cards saw sharp price declines in 2025

Key reasons include:

- Reprints from the PRB series

- Declining value of manga-version cards

- Treasure packs and special gold/silver editions lowering average card prices


Simply put: high-end cards can be very profitable, but pull rates are low.

Opening boxes without hitting valuable cards often results in losses.


6-3) Yu-Gi-Oh! continues along its traditional path

In 2025, Yu-Gi-Oh! largely followed its usual strategy: reprints after reprints, Some players think the new releases aren’t particularly exciting.


6-4) New TCG titles continue to emerge

In 2025, many new TCGs entered the market.

Personally, I am most interested in the Disney and Gundam series.


Beyond traditional investments like stocks and cryptocurrencies, Trading Card Games (TCG) have become an alternative investment vehicle for both younger and middle-aged audiences, while also fulfilling childhood nostalgia.
